Top teams are starting to look pretty settled now. South Road and WYC the two favourites for the final IMO, with ICC a possiblilty. Be very surprised if another team stole the show.

The Ramblers will need to play very well to make the finals now, need 4 wins and 1 loss to get in I reckon. Have been choking when in winning positions in last two games.....just not good enough if you want to play finals cricket.

South Roads A Grade have won 19 consecutive matches since losing the 05/06 GF to Keswick in section 2. They won all 13 last year and are 6-0 this year. I would say they are going to be hard to beat although i think they still have western Youth to play. From someone outside of section 1 i would think it would be a South Road WYC GF. Is there anyone else that can challenge those two?

As i said i dont play section 1 and have never seen a game. So other than checking the results i don't know who is any good or not. I guess as the sharks showed last year any team that finishes in the top 4 has a massive chance.

wasnt a criticism mate, just asking a question. very tight at the minute, a few do or die games this week, i think this round might narrow down the teams that can make the finals

How did every one go this weekend? We made 204 off 61 overs and have Glenelg ANA 3/13 off 12 overs we were lucky to bowl those overs at the end of the day as they were all stuffed after fielding in the heat. One of their blokes had to go to hospital because of severe cramping poor bugger couldn't move without something cramping.

Interesting to see that G.Stanley from Sth Rd failed to take a wicket against his old club on the weekend. 0/39 from 15.

What happened to you guys Bazza in a little bother atm. 0/39 off 15 isn't a bad day obviously a few wickets for him would have been nice.
