Brilliant catch by Clarke. It's definitely different fielding there than first slip to a spinner though.

Come on lads, only 4 more!

i cant believe this dribble, some of the worst sportsmanship on display by aust and backed up by substandard umpiring.

GANGULLY OUT 51
6/141
Sourav is entertaining to watch but never seems to convert starts into big innings
NorMALly I would be criticising him for not waliking off when given out
BUT
given the nature of this game I cant

As I have said many many times

31 overs left

hopefully the Aussies did not declare too late, I would of declared with a 300 lead, this would of gave the Aussies an additional 10 overs

its good to be confident but its better to play the game. and not keep crying if it gets a bit hard

Ian Chappell has just said
" Gangully is in good form and getting out to one mistake in his innings in recent times."
Sorry Chappelli poor comment
Im sure if he views Gangullys innings there are lots of poor risky shots
combined with some glorious strokes, and good to watch as well
As for one mistake before getting out GANGULLY was dropped at slip by Clarke today !!!!! ?????

I think ROOBURGER is referring to Ponting giving Gangully out before the umps did.

It looks like the ump was asking for clarification - did he ask the other ump ???

Was that the same ump in the first test that Ponting said he didnt catch it to ???

Looks like the Indians will hang in. 22 overs to get 4 wickets. Looks unlikely but who knows.
