Kappers, I reckon its crap when people say "could of" or "should of", there is no way in hell Stokes could of or should of played AFL or SANFL, it takes a bit more than being able to kick a nice goal or dodging a couple of blokes to consistantly play at the higher levels, i don't think guys that haven't been involved as a player or coach at the higher level understand the difference

As a young fella Stokes had more ability than Hams of Willunga, he also had more AFL clubs chasing his services than I think you know the theme songs to. I agree with a few of your points but the bottom line is for some unknown reason Ben is not red-hot on his footy and would rather go fishing most Saturdays, he plays for the money only I suspect. He continues to change clubs possibly to avoid having to try harder than the year before at the same club. He is a talented footballer who has wasted his time away, the thing I dont agree with is how you seemingly discount his ability - ability is not his problem, I wander if at his best and at your best who would come out on top?
