I'm still hovering around the 100kg mark (fluctauting between 101-104).
I have been working hard in the gym on upper body strength.
I have now introduced an increased cardio program, in addition to introducing core strengthening into my fitness regime.
Throw in a diet change, & I expect long term improvement/gains- especially now that pre-season training will start shortly, & I've head the best preparation ever (excluding when playing netball)

Weight up to 93.2kg.

Execrise regimen includes

Weights
Push ups
Sit ups
Running

The waistline is reducing so maybe I've finally started to bulk up a little. Still got a bit of a pot belly as I find it incredibly difficult to stay away from unhealthy grub. The shit is everywhere.

Good luck over Christmas boys and girls.

I'm joining Jan 1, if you have monthly weigh ins. Over the last 18 months have done a stack of work but have only gone from 102 to 94, and seem to have hit a permanent wall in the low 90s.
Want to get into the 80s (not just with my music), so I'll be submitting a figure henceforth

Mate that is exactly what happened to me. I went from 105 to 95 and since then I've gone from 91 to 93 although I have added Weight training to my regimen which is not condusive to losing weight if you continue to do it as muscle replaces fat and muscle weighs more. I have not been able to get into the 80s. Bloody easy to stack the weight on but very tough to get it off and keep it off!

Good luck Rog.

Not likely to be near a computer on Jan 1 and probably not again until mid month. I will declare a weight of 95 for jan 1 (assuming i bump on about one kilo of red wine in the next day or two).

If you see a bloke struggling along the sand around Moonta, Port Hughes etc, that will be me, running it off.

good luck to all. Here's hoping my spare weight in January goes to someone like Lindsay Lohan or Mary-Kate Olsen, who could certainly use it.

Holy carp, this thread inspired me to weigh myself for the first time in months and Im at an all time high of 113kgs and that was even when the beer wasn't in my hand!
Luckily for the missus and the kids my super statement came last week and they're getting 400k or a pension of 25k pa if I die which could be soon if I don't change my lifestyle!

Should have weighed myself before and not after having a complete large pizza for tea tonight.

Hmmm, not good, 8kgs in 12 months.

Only good thing is I live to one extreme or the other, ie I drink, smoke, don't exercise and eat the wrong foods (like I have for the last 12 months obviously) or I hardly drink, don't smoke, exercise and eat well, I think its time for Slob Wedgie to change to Fitness Wedgie. :?
