Saw some of Fudd's recruits last night, pretty handy too.
Not my place to name names.
Height will certainly not be a problem at Shark Park this year.

Not trying to bag Aldinga, but until some major recruiting is done they will struggle. It's great that there are young kids sticking it out and having a crack, but until there are some guns put into the team the kids will always struggle.

Aldinga probably needs to recruit a group of players together so that they have some faith they won't be thrashed every week. It's no good recruiting average players who might be better than the players currently at Aldinga, they need to recruit players who can match it with the stars of the other teams. Might have to pay a bit more than these guys are worth but if the guns come others will follow. There is no point wasting money on average players.

It might cost a bit for a couple of years but then success will make it easier to recruit players and hopefully there would be some depth from locals.

I say good work on the recruiting Fudd since you been there.
Aldinga have improved a lot the last few years.
Aldinga tried to Lure Bachmann for 2008, there's a gun player Andy.
Andy obviously hasn't done much recruiting, he doesn't know what it takes.....

Leg rope doesn't know how to unwrap himself from around his neck.

I'm 23 leggy and the only recruiting I have ever done is talking to people when I'm pissed and trying to recruit girls to come home with me.

I just think that sometimes shit players see a struggling club like Aldinga and big themselves up to be guns to earn money where otherwise they couldn't have. I don't think the Sharks are in a position to do that and I know it happened a few years ago to some tosspots who couldn't even stick the year out.

I just don't know if it's possible to build Aldinga up slowly as the money would run out. I think it needs a massive influx of quality players and then success will help take care of the recruiting.
