2 x Baker and Coghill have resigned at Willaston. They are looking to also sign both of the Mclean boys shortly, but I have heard that Chris maybe heading to Centrals for the pre-season.

Tanunda have resigned Ben Newberry, but could lose Craig Taylor to the Eagles. I know that the Eagles are in negotiations with Sturt to have Taylor cleared to play for them in 08.

craig tayolr WILL be at the eagles in 2008 4sure .

There is a thread in the SANFL history forum.

With respect to Mark Pitman and his far-reaching impact on footy, one thread is sufficient.

On baller that played mainly reserves for West this year. Played a couple of league games towards the end of the season and finished 3rd in the reserves B&F. I haven't heard if he has signed with South Gawler, but if he has it would be a handy pickup for them as they are in need of a couple of decent on ballers.

I would have thought South already have decent on-ballers like the Bevis brothers, Coombs, Rimmer, Makris, Johnston...another one couldnt hurt though, especially one of hi scalibre
