2025-26 NBL Season

Third quarter was incredible

Brown has hit the 9 game mark where contracts need to be paid out, he’ll be kept unless an outstanding talent becomes available (Antonois Cleveland type).
Do we need him as a scorer, nope. His defensive output has to increase to stay off the pine, we have enough players who can score.

Dech was a better defender than Brown and we moved him on
They should have cut Brown after the last game
Big mistake keeping him
Hope I’m wrong though and he helps us win the championship

Is Dech better? Asked for a lot of money and at that point wasn’t worth what he was asking and still isn’t

Has had zero effect at Perth and showed nothing today. If he was good he would have helped keep BC quieter.

Remember we are 16-4

They are both average but Dech plays as a local that’s the difference
We’re flying on top of the ladder but it would be good to have our 3rd import score more than 2 points a game

Brown gives off Jerry Dennard type vibes when he plays

I don’t necessarily disagree, he has been disappointing, his airball today was horrid.

Hopefully finds his form and helps the team more

Only a matter of time before Memorial Drive gets developed to hold 15-16,000 you’d reckon. Ent Cent gets sold off as part of the new Southwark suburb.

I remember when the Sixers left the Powerhouse to move to the AEC Arena and thinking how audacious that was given the Sixers were only getting around 6.5-7k at the 8k capacity Powerhouse and now here they are 33 consecutive sellouts at the Arena of 10k every game. Maybe a 15k+ venue is now required going forward?

It’s been talked about for so long, I was in a discussion about being involved in a basement floor of a three story sports complex about 7 years ago.

Tennis SA were going to have the top floor with around 10,000 seating

It would be great but I highly doubt it will ever happen
