Hay is a wicketkeeper on debut replacing Blundell who injured his hamstring in the first test. Hay has played ODI's and T20I's for NZ already.

Both openers scoring tons in both innings wouldn't have happened many other times.

Funny though Latham won't score 100 runs for the series next summer.
