Had a little get together for my 50th on Saturday at a venue and the storm blew over around 3pm. In the midst of it the sky went a violet / purple for a split second before lightning hit the shed across the road from us, fair to say I haven't seen my mates that were outside under the umbrellas move that quick for a long time.

Driving back from Wagga yesterday.

Gee its dry in Southern NSW around Hey and Balranald what crops they have are brown and relatively low (barely knee height)

Much the same over the border near Managatang and Ouyen. However around Murrayville there was still tinges of green in the crops and also around Lameroo and more growth in the crops (acknowledging the green tinge could be due to a later sow.

Hopefully the cockies get something half decent this year, think of you @Dirty Dog
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
