Port Noarlunga are what's wrong with community football.

3 of the top 4 do it the right way, full of juniors/returning juniors and top up with a recruit or two.

I don't understand why a club with such a promising junior set-up insist on going the mercenary route, they went from being everyone's second team to pretty despised in the space of about 2 to 3 years

Well it worked.... the old saying, winners are grinners :D

Sadly, can't argue with that, have Valleys to thank for crapping the bed on the biggest stage!

Very surprising, that's for sure. Noarlunga lost 4-5 now, and the guys hanging in there are getting on in age --- Ironbank seem to have lost 10-15 and some pretty handy ones.

Valleys lose Dylan Brown, who's off to Port Lincoln.

Big loss for them, he was excellent this year, big Jack Ginnivan vibes about him

Wouldn't have the points as they've signed McCormick from Westies. He lives in the area so maybe someone saw him and had a guess?

Hearing that both Cove and Christies are chasing a former Bays junior coach for a development role to boost their coaching stocks. Coach in question also has AFL environment experience.

Didn't the Hackham coach get sacked after a couple of rounds this year?

I don't think he was sacked, thought he left on his own accord.

Probably would, he won Compass's B&F and is still a bloody good ruck.

Wouldn't help that they've lost two of their key defenders though...

He'd be a zero pointer. Certainly wouldn't be a zero dollar player, would fit in wonderfully at the Cocklediver$, has been a bit of a mercenary the last 3 years.

Flaggies sign Adam Bunworth, from Westies, former junior and zero pointer.

Has been a very good off season for them.
