See you next Tuesday.

Anyone use the "waze" app?

Bloody handy, daughter heard on her way out the house that there's an accidient in Wingfield so rang me to see if I knew where as she has multiple options to get to work.

Worked out within a minute that there is actually two collisions in the Wingfield/Dry Creek area, she can now travel to work with relative ease by choosing a alternative route.

I normally just do a quick google maps view and it will show me the quickest route if there are traffic issues

Same, I think it offers a lot more than what i use it for, a good sit and study on the tot should get me a bit more knowlegeable. I like the way it highlights the whole affected stretch of road when it's closed or has speed restrictions.

Was having trouble with my weight when I was with my GF, I like to imtermittent fast and she prepared heavy dishes in the evening and we dined a fair bit.

I got back from Bali pretty annoyed with myself as I hit 96kg and knew it was gonna be a struggle to reel it back in, my first goal was to get under 90.

Although I've been a bit crook for 3 weeks now so it's hindered going to the gym or getting up at 4:30am to go for a run/walk I've managed to be pretty stringent with my eating and drinking, not great but reasonably good (it makes it hard when I crank the smoker ever Sunday).

Clocked in at 90.1 this morning, gives me great incentive heading into the weekend, if I drink beer and eat crap then I have more work to do, if I exercise, limit myself to a few gins with soda water and sugar free mixers I should be well on my way to my next goal.

People.

People, who listen and care.

People who understand, don’t ridicule, and help you find solutions.

Struggling through a couple of “black dog” days. Been in some dark places. Scary dark.

Our HR guy is fantastic. My employer gets it, they want to retain staff.

There is hope. There is light.
