Probably not a bad move. They should get a crowd of 30 k now...
As long as Les let's the boys have a heap of runs* on the oval to better familiarise
then the Bling.
I'd assume home tickets work in the scanners at Adelaide Oval ?
The only bad thing is crap beer.

there is also a special ticket offer with this game and the 20/20 game a few days later.

Good move IMHO.
With Kossie now at Bling FC it'd be the one game I'd actually support United, might amble along to that, I reckon they will get 20k.

After being spoilt at Hindmarsh Stadium for a view Adelaide Oval will disappoint those who have just jumped on the A-league bandwagon .Back in the Adelaide City days they had games at Footy Park and Adelaide Oval and they are nothing compared to Hindmarsh for the spectator.

Great deal this. I'm an AU and SACA member but can not use the members facilities (which I've paid for twice).

Anyone know where the pitch is to be located on the oval? I'm cynically assuming it will be up against the SACA members grandstand thus leaving folk on the other three sides of the ground with many meters of 'nothing' between them and the touch line.

Still be a grand night out but football needs to be played at a football ground IMO.

Will be a cracker. The pitch should* be in the middle of the oval.
Here is the link for the seating plan.
