I feel it's enough if we can eek out the first session tomorrow, even if we score bugger all, batting at night with our attack will absolutely rattle them.

Yep.

I must admit I do like going to Day/Night Tests at AO but it’s not fair for the teams … night conditions are so different to day that it creates a lotto situation.

We all feel that way but as of December 2024 the first session in day/night tests has proved to be statistically trickier.

Session 1 wickets have fallen at 23.85 whilst session 3 wickets have fallen at 25.16.

Whether thats because just try and survive in session 3 so less wickets vs trying to score runs in session 1 but yeah the statistics go against the theory session 3 is the hardest.

Not an official concussion substitution though.
