This growth enabled the club to reduce debt by a further $2.0m in 2024, resulting in total debt reduction of $10.5m across the last four years. Total debt is down to $1.89m as of 31 October, with the club aiming to clear this historical debt in by the end of 2025.

did anyone say it could be Port are getting control of their club and all the board members again vs the current 8 of 10 members appointed by the AFL?

Well if it's not player or coach related.. not debt related.. not China related.. not leaving SANFL related..

It's got to be something regarding expansion or a new partnership / income stream? Given Booney says biggest thing in generations, I'm going with expansion of some description? New Academy / High Performance program to play SANFL Jnrs? Expand Aboriginal programs into the far reaches of NT?
