It's obviously a white male so they have been quick to dispel any links to terror groups.
I imagine they would also be very careful to say if it was a deliberate attack from a rival team as that would equally open the incident to revenge attacks. Could only imagine what would happen if it came out it was a deliberate attack from an Everton supporter.
