Valleys looking very strong, have players missing out on C grade games at the moment which is a great sign for them

I’m unsure what you mean by this… flaggies have dominated the last decade by promoting from their junior ranks.
The wineflies have done the same thing in recent years. I believe from their 2022 & 2024 premiership teams combined, only 4 players weren’t Reynella
juniors. I think both clubs have had their juniors come through very nicely. It now seems that Valley’s and Porties are following suit and are now starting to reap the benefits of investing in their junior programs and promoting from within. It’s great for the competition to have some different clubs in the mix for the premiership at A grade level.

Yeah, I was completely confused as well. Not that hard to click on PlayHQ and check a player's background...

Flaggies easy over Ironbank
Very 50/50 on this game, new recruits at cove vs the younger lads at christies. Hoping the beach get over the line
Porties easily over Sharks
Valleys should outrun the shoes
Reynella to take the piss and win by 30goals vs emus

Flaggies have a heap out through injury, won't be a massive margin.
I think the Saints get it done on the bigger oval, the Cobras won't know what to do with so much space!
Porties percentage booster, Sproule to have a day out.
Based on last weekend, Valleys should win this by 100+
Yeah, the Winies to make it very ugly against the Emus, Marshman to also dine out.

No upsets and Wineflies did a job on the Emus in all grades.
Shoes, Emus and Sharks in trouble.

Interesting to see Sproule didn't kick any and Stangewitz got named best for Aldinga. He's a quality backman, for sure.

Pretty easy round this one.

Reynella v Noarlunga
Happy Valley v Cove
Morphett Vale v Port Noarlunga
Aldinga v Ironbank
Christies Beach v Flagstaff Hill

Only one I can see potentially being close is Sharks & Thunderers down at Aldinga.

Saints played well, adapted to the windy and slightly damp conditions much better than the Falcons, who seemed to think they were playing under the roof at Marvel...
I'm not convinced this game plan is gonna stack up well come September. Also, that was the smallest crowd I've ever seen at Bice.

Port Noarlunga v Reynella - Huge game, I think the Wineflies just get it done. Be less than a goal in it, I feel.
Flagstaff Hill v Cove - Falcons, but not as easily as they'd like, a very long injury list still.
Ironbank Cherry Gardens v Happy Valley - Vikings in a canter.
Morphett Vale v Christies Beach - Christies to get a big win to keep them in touch with the top 4.
Noarlunga v Aldinga - Shoes by the length of the straight.
