Totally agree. O'Loughlin has been a bit loose, but there is no issue if the tackle is reasonable.

Fair play to both sides in that no one else appeared to try and escalate it further.

All blokes who came in appeared to do so with the intent of breaking it up. Turn the clock but 10 or so years and that gets real nasty and ugly. Not these days which is a great thing.

I feel like it's improved year on end since probably around 2010 to be honest.

Is there a third man in rule in the AdelFL? Apparently the SFL introduced one to prevent issues like this escalating, it seems to have done the job.

That, and umpires are a bit more trigger happy with the cards, tends to settle teams down quickly
