How about Paracombe or Birdwood High School? Or Woodside no2, Mt Torrens School and Lobey Lutheran school ovals where 500 a day is par score?
Houghton's only bad if you're bowling. Always enjoyed playing at Cambrai, even though not the best oval.

Also Meningies home ground when I played there wasn't to foul either, huge boundaries square though

Had half a season with Feds when I first moved up there, then moved to Rovers. Could not resist the lure of wearing double blue!!! Was up there for 4 years/5 cricket seasons from Jan 99 to 03. What was your story?
Albrecht also had a good cricket wicket. Traeger was just slow, low rolled mud most of the time.
