Saints beat Geelong. Essendon beat port. Been told for years that norths list and future is better than ours.
Yeah we’re not playing top 4 sides but give a little respect to the 3-0 start

Still think the Crows are in that 7th-10th mix. They will surprise a few of the better sides but ultimately aren’t a real contender this year. Next year they might take another step forward.
I would think the Saints, North and Essendon will all be bottom 6 or arounds

3-0 is a good start though

Top 4 finish looking good at minute for them.

Settle, haven’t played the better teams yet.

Not playing great footy but early wins are gold.

Agree. Can only beat who you play. And get the wins in the bank now helps ease the stress in the last month or so.
I think the problem is you wasted a year last year with the changes of game plan. Now it has readjusted to how it was.

Crows just the third team in AFL/VFL history to outscore their opponents in each quarter of their first 3 games (12 quarters)

Both sides are playing a lot better than last year. You'd have to be happy with what you've seen from North so far. Only just got done by the Bulldogs, smashed Melbourne & were right with the crows for most of today.

Still won't gauge after this week, Gold Coast at home is getting to be a tougher assignment but hard to gauge where they're at either, is Melbourne that crap now? Their list hasn't changed much.

At the moment I'd have:
Hawks

Lions

Giants, Pies
Dogs, Crows

Suns, Saints
Cats, Swans
Roos, Dockers
Port, Bombers, Carlton
Richmond, Melbourne
WCE

I think Geelong, Sydney, Carlton and Melbourne will improve but there will be more crap teams than good, there's probably 4.5 contenders for the flag already IMO, the Dogs would be my smokey.

Gold Coast are interesting at the moment. Smashed West Coast away & Melbourne at home who are both struggling at the moment. I'd have them on par with Adelaide, playing well but yet to face any of last years contenders.
Definitely Hawthorn's to lose at this stage.

Adelaide basically swapped ANB for McAdam albeit a year apart

I think ANB has played more games for the Crows already than McAdam at Melbourne

Not a bad deal

With young Draper developing nicely I really don’t see a spot for ANB.
He’s so over rated
I’d prefer to see Draper with Rachele up there instead
