Your club has every right to go to the SANFL and demanding concessions like the Crows and Power did last year after being uncompetitive in certain games.

I'm serious.

Doesn't sound good enough at all for spectators
Especially having to pay $20 Admission.

At least Westies are flying in the SANFLW ! 2 from 2 . At least it's something

At this point, a merger seems like a smart option.
For the last ten years we have about a 20% winning record which equates to about 4 to 5 wins a year on average.
The club is a basket case on and off the field.

We have a team that is not competitive.
Facilities that are not up to standard.
Poor home match attendances.
Poor membership numbers
A Board that is never settled, people just come and go AND
The club has no money.

That’s not good reading!
I think everyone hopes West can pull themselves out of this.

But this is different to what Glenelg, Sturt and to a lesser extent the Magpies have faced in the last 20 years.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

With West being in big financial trouble, why would the SANFL schedule their season opener (and first home game) against a side that draws about 40 supporters (who I would assume none pay to get in) and are very likely to beat West. This being in late-March when the weather is normally perfect (which it was yesterday) for footy and spectators.
