The Northern suburbs boys on the coaching panel get the job done, great to see.
I dont think we'll have Ryan Harris for much longer. Has excelled every time he gets to the next level be it coaching or playing, the Messiah!!!

Tigerpie complaining for the sake of complaining, should/could of watched it on the CA Live stream, where you can watch every Sheffield Shield match and have been able to for many years now.

But thanks for your input.

F*** me what a day.

I was worried earlier in the day and beer didn't ease me up Carey and Sangha dug in.

The old man was pretty emotional after watching this, he said he didn't think he'd be alive to see SA win another one.

Brilliant, had a tear in the eye when the runs were hit, a true state team victory.

Finally, Sack Chuck worked!

Wouldn’t a true state team victory have a few more than 3 locals in the team?

Referring more to a team that represents the state and is actually called the state name, unlike some "Adelaide" teams that claim to represent the state in a club competition.

Fair enough. The SS is one of the last true state comps standing with all the franchise elements of other sports. For all the criticism at some of our recruiting over the years we have still brought in plenty who have been great servants for SA and it’s not just a recent thing. I still don’t think everyone is aware that Mallett and Jenner were recruited from WA and probably less are aware that two time Shield winning captain Les Favell was recruited from NSW.
