Burgular or deamongirl you never named the players you have recruited. Since you did some press (messenger story) about them surely you can name those players in this forum. Is shaun gatto won as i know he was on a fair coin last year at blackwood and would be comanding premium dollar from the parkies wouldn't he?

I can say Gatto is one Donnely and Lane are the other two.
Sometimes family & going home out ways the coin LTTF, we are just a club on the hill & we dont have a big footy budget but the fellas at our club are a great bunch of blokes............and sometimes thats how you want to play your footy, with your mates.
Have you got a coach yet out at PAOC, i think they are still looking?

Kilburn to win in 2008. Just hearing about the players that are coming from the Barossa area tells me that Steve Oconner is getting set to not let his home club stay at the bottom.

Hopefully we're a force but it's a long way away yet. I don't think there's any pressure on yet, everyone at the club is in good spirits and genuinely expects us to do well. I think pressure only comes when people are worried about not doing well and this hasn't entered people's heads yet. It will come if we lose a few games though. Since it's going to be a new bunch of blokes I think we will need to gel a fair bit before we start winning. This should mean lots of pissing up before the season. Perhaps the recent tradition of getting kicked out of the Royal Oak twice a year will continue!

There should be some hard footy in div 3 this year. Only two college teams and Walkerville to nancy it up a bit. All of the other teams are from traditionally rough areas. A fair bit of travelling to be done by those of us close to the city.
