- Sam Walsh still off the pace

- Silvagni is a really good young player

- Need more composure in front of goal and a hell of a lot more composure when under pressure in defence.
Still disappointed, but there were some green shoots, after the last 3 quarters against Richmond.
Is this really the case or does Cripps hinder the development of other mids?
Name me a mid who has become a better player in their time at Carlton? Walsh's best year was his first where no doubt he played on his natural instinct. Its too much about Cripps for me and he's not that good. He doesnt hurt teams enough, he's not quick, he doesnt break lines, he cant kick, he fumbles, terrible shot for goal and yet everyone sucks him off because the umpires who everyone says have no fn idea gave him 45 votes in a Brownlow.
And Curnow, reminds me of Eddie Betts, never got it done in big games against great opposition
