Am I the only person who thinks the pitch at Eden Gardens in NZ runs the wrong direction because of how the stands are situated?

Sort of half right. Rugby set up runs left to right of screen of the camera angle behind the bowler

Cricket pitch runs NE/SW

Now 5 down.

12 wickets in a session. That must be or close to a test record.

Hahaha funny you say that, I actually stumbled upon a stream of this match on YouTube (on Sports Central) earlier and was watching it then into the lunch break where they showed the highlights. Have you been watching it on a YouTube stream?

The match in fast forward with spinners dominating, Warrican's 7/32 is the best figures by a visiting spinner in Pakistan. I haven't seen/read any other records/stats yet.

Sajid appealing like a pork chop and the commentator says very casually, a big appeal as there always is, pity it’s missing everything.

I would challenge that catch to dismiss Sinclair. Didn't control it right through to coming to a stand still after his 15 tumbles. :D

Think it was fine. Was just a bit strange why he released the ball so close to the ground before he had fully stood up.

There's being positive and there's being stupid. Yes the pitch was a turner but some of those shots to be dismissed when they'd barely faced a dozen balls were horrendous , Konstas like even

2nd test between Pakistan and West Indies has commenced.

WIndies won the toss and elected to bat. Looks a low spinning track as per the norm.

Pakistan debutant Kashif Ali gets a wicket in his first over.

WIndies debutant Amir Jangoo, coming in at first drop out for a duck to spinner in chief Sajid Khan who is opening the bowling.

2-14 at the time of typing.
