With cricket, Tests are played with different conditions than other first-class games - a day longer, different follow-on targets.

What makes other sports different that they can call their international games "Tests"?

Am I the only one that doesn't give a toss about NYE? The GF keeps making suggestions of things to do, places to go (even as far as Murray Bridge) but I'm more than happy to just stay home or go see some fireworks.
