Owner probably found it cheaper to pay the fine than it was to fix the building. I'm guessing the land itself has probably gone up in value so the owner probably isnt to fussed.

True, the land value would have sharply increased over time, but there’s other costs like land tax.

It’s like the owner is playing chicken with the council, and in the end I’d have to agree with him. The photo doesn’t do justice on how unsalvageable the property is.

Mine was an observation, I think you or “they” do a good job but the self promotion is ridiculous. I don’t need to see “we’re back” or meta this or meta that. Or even the blurb out on every single post, not necessary.

Stick to the basics and the page will be improved and you or “they” will get more readership.

Yeah I have a theory that if someone deletes or edits their post (even myself), potentially after posters initially see it it can do weird things to topics such as not load and crash for other members. It may even be an emoji thing because Booneys last post in that topic (about Glenn Phillips catch) has an emoji in it that I can't see on Tapatalk but I noticed it was there on the desktop site.

It's happened before in some footy topics and as soon as someone else posts in it it seems to fix it and loads for me again.
