Coaches' pay is within the salary cap. Would be impossible to work around that!

I find it interesting that this is allowed (and by the way I think it should be, so have no problem with it) however there is the hypocrisy of not allowing any amateur club to do the same thing. In fact they threaten "Integrity Units" to check it's not happening.
