surely we are done with JFM

Go play district and make runs there then maybe play a state game and make runs there then just slog with no method at international cricket

He will make way for Trav 100%

From the sounds of it Mark Waugh doesn't rate him.

Good innings by Stoinis, right when I was about to slag him he hits 20odd off the over

Your new favourite Stoinis ended +44 after being in the negative in the second T20 and third ODI.

Yes saw that as well - although who knows when it comes to Pakistan?
Conflicting reports that he is and isn't about to be sacked. Looks like a dispute about contract payments for all 3 formats?
Gillespie will at least still be with Pakistan for the upcoming tests against South Africa in December and January.

Come on mate, what's wrong with giving a kid a few shots at it? I'd rather that than keep playing old hacks that fail time and time again.

Agree LM

The media may have built him up to be a world beater but the reality is he's a young kid with potential

Will take him 3-4 years to adjust to this international cricket caper.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Yep the hype around him is the most frustrating about him for me.
Agree with LM, giving him and others an opportunity to work out if they can be in future T20 and ODI World Cup squads is the way to go.

Its Friday morning and Hazlewood and Starc catch bird flu and can not play, we will assume Boland is an in and Neser is injured.

You have one chartered jet that can get someone to Optus Stadium just in time, who are you sending for?

JFM averaging 15 in BB, Jake Weatheald 25

JFM is not the chosen one

Off the top of my head I reckon the options would be Morris, McAndrew, Doggett, Buckingham, O'Neill, Steketee and Bartlett? Maybe Spencer Johnson?
It should be Jhye Richardson but he's probably too under done?
Bird too old?

I would like it to be Johnson or Richardson but it would probably be one of Doggett, Steketee or McAndrew?

One is 22, the other is 30.

Weathers was the hottest opener going around a few years ago but he lost his mojo. In his best form he is the definitely right up there, we need to be looking ahead though with our aging T20 squad.
