oops

** Fremantle FC planned the announcement for 5pm ACDT, but they accidently shared the news earlier. Fremantle apologised to Norwood supporters if they found out prior to the club sharing the news.

So the Freo work experience kid on social media can’t work out time differentials between ACDT and AWST? Or, SANFL club? WGAF……

"Atkins a good top up player for Port"

Nothing like using the AFL to get players for a local club

The Central District Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of powerful Kingborough Football Club (TSL – Tasmania) Key forward/ Ruck, Jack Tomkinson.

Jack 25 has represented Tasmania at State level for the past two seasons, he stands at an impressive 200cm & 100kgs, has spent most of his football journey developing his craft with the Brisbane Lions Academy before moving to Tasmania to play an integral role in Kingborough’s rise towards its 2023 premiership.

A super competitive performer Jack has excellent forward & ruck craft, and he will add to our big man strength particularly in the forward half of the ground.

Football Manager Mark Ross added the following comments about Jack.

“Jack is a high-quality person who is super excited at the opportunity to take his game to the next level. We have been chasing Jack to join us here at the Ponderosa for the last two seasons and we are very excited that he has decided it is the right time to make the move”.

Jack’s strengths come from his ability to never give up on a contest. He hunts the ball both in the air and once it hits the ground, he can take a strong mark & is a good kick for goal. Most importantly he is always competing in everything his does on the field.

“We can see Jack becoming quite the cult figure amongst the Centrals faithful, Ross said”.

We welcome Jack to the Central District family and look forward to his contribution in season 2025 & beyond.

Last time I checked, the only club never done by
the cap. The irony of a Centrals poster laying claims isn’t lost on me…

Doesn't matter anyway, vote Yes, get immunity.

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Three very good signings for the Bays coming. Back them in now, for a "hat-trick".
