Didn't realize how good chicken drumsticks in the air fryer were until recently.

A bit of G-Fresh Gourmet Chicken seasoning and 30 minutes @ 185° and they are as juicy as ever.

At Coles if you buy 3 kilos or more they sell them for $3.75 per kilo, basically getting them for around 40c each.

Mrs got some frozen "southern style fried chicken" last week, i cooked up a couple of drummy's in the air fryer on the weekend.. so bad, but sooooo good.

I don't mind the buffalo wings, at least you get decent amount of meat on them.

But yeah, I've whipped up a few lots now when people are over and now they're all hooked too.

I take two a day to work to have with my salad, the supermarket ones are reasonably chunky too.

Interesting, they had (have?) a factory in the town I grew up, hence a bit nostalgic in buying the brand for me, back then it was Trend Drinks.

Great day at Randwick for the Everest

Tip for players - it was full.
I have a few local mates that went to the Members - never again
It was packed solid and not worth it.
Shoulder to shoulder all day

Spend some money and go upstairs in the Chairman's Club
I got to have a beer with Ciaron Maher and met Matt Nable

Also had a late night kebab in Kings Cross - haven't done that for a while

Unfortunately I think so: I think we bought a horse from him
