My lad is a big Brisbane fan so I watch a lot of them.

He’s supported them when they were shit, watched every game start to I finish no matter the score. He might have just had something in his eye. Unexpected result

Will the Swans avenge their 1 point loss to Fitzroy in the 1899 Grand Final?
Massive motivation right there. 8)

I don't watch Sydney games but there has been barely any mention of the "bloods culture" in the media this year?

I'm smart picking the hotel where the Lions are staying. It's like a Grand Final celebration already.

I've seen some of their support staff check out of the hotel and leave already too. Must have been planned well.
Now if I can just get their fans to leave too!

Last years gf was a cracker (bias yes) but this years could top it.
The Lions want this so bad and Sydney are so good.

No ruckman for the Lions makes it Sydney's to lose.
Feel for Chris Fagan if they get beat. Losing two in a row will suck.

They were so close last year that's gotta hold them in good stead for this year.
Sydney could start slow and be chasing all day that could give it to the lions.

So many scenarios.....can't wait.

Today's Herald Sun:

"Grand Battle of Expat Vic's

After a thrilling preliminary final win over Geelong yesterday, the Brisbane Lions joined the Sydney Swans - two clubs with deep links to Melbourne - to compete in Saturday's AFL Grand Final

Both grand finalists will call in their Victorian history as they attempt to sit atop the premiership summit"
