They need to do something different at Alberton this week, not sure thats in Kenny's wheelhouse though.

Ken and his enablers are destroying the legacy of Fos and Jack.

It’s unbelievable that those at Alberton blindly fall for Ken’s pre-season promises and post season excuses year after year.

They are the laughing stock of the AFL.

You couldn’t have seen more contrast between coaches last night … Chris Scott with a considered plan, honest and gracious, who even telegraphed the plan before the match and executed it brilliantly, whilst Ken Hinkley just assuming that Port will win, with seemingly no strategy, playing unfit or out of form players, thinking that just winning matches during the year is enough without ramping up to win finals, then offering nothing to accept responsibility or explain the car crash.
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Chris was smiling at Jezzas goal of the year in the 1st qtr.
Even Danger in the last minute spiel to the players had half a smile.

Add Bergman to that.
JHF doing what Butters was doing last year.
Grabbing it then running sideways bouncing it, then kicking it back to where he just came from.
Indirect footy and Geelong took the corridor away from them.

Bergman fumbled the first contest of the game and it was all downhill from there

That fumble was noticeable but the first of many from Port players. Bergman was Ports best after that though.

Yeah I meant downhill for Port not Bergman.
Bergman, JHF, Boak and Wines were Ports best IMO and didn’t give up.
I thought Rozee, Aliir, DBJ and Dixon lacked leadership last night when it was required.

I think Ken put it best - "Geelong has just done a number on us."

Plenty of teams have lost a QF then gone on to win the flag. But gee whiz Port put in a stinker last night.

Fair goal from Jezza in the first quarter. Thought the ball was going to get lodged between the two goalposts.

In isolation, yes, but when you take into account Port’s finals record over many years, plus losing their last 4 finals by an average margin of nearly 10 goals, it’s hard to see any upside, or indeed a way forward.

Mentally, they’re cooked, but that said, they may be able to somehow recover and win next week, but to suggest that they could then win another 2 matches seems far fetched.

I love it on here when there's good banter between those who've won and lost.

Just genuine good craic and banter.

we all know what goes around comes around!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I think someone might have cut the interweb cable, inadvertently, when transferring the tomatoes from the pots to the ground...

Geelong took Steve Waughs approach.
Attacked Ports leaders and never let them get on top.
Butters (inj), Rozee, Dixon allowed themselves to be dominated by their opponents.
