Logan Evans, while no Houston, is proving week to week he's a very capable player and at 18 he's go a huge future ahead of him.

Half back flankers might be the easiest find too. Port have Sinn, Houston, Evans, Farrell, Burton, Williams who can all play that role. Sure, Houston is the pick of them and will be a loss but we'll get something very good in return I think.

We're no strangers to taking risks at the trade table and this one will be one we hold the whip hand in.

Kornes having a crack at McCrea for actually being honest, and surprised Bucks jumped on too.

The umpires are having far too much influence on game results either through pressure, incompetence or the confusion of having 3 other umps on the ground overruling each other.

I know Collingwood has been a beneficiary of this as well, however I do not want to see any team get dudded by a stupid call or non call.
Seems, according to some in the media that they have researched Collingwood's method late in games and are umpiring to nullify the repeat stoppages.
Here's a thought you imbeciles, concentrate on paying the frees that are there instead of trying to work out tactics.
I dunno spend the time practicing how to bounce the ball instead!
Why don't the AFL come out and say, Collingwood have been cheating and we are now rectifying it through better? umpiring late in games.

I don't care if it's the first or last minute just pay the ones that are there ALL game.

Oh and Lukosious will be at Adelaide next year. He's told Dimma he wants out.

Horse goes Bang

"I was at a North Melbourne-Collingwood game this year when a couple Collingwood boys went over the mark and it could have been a fifty and it wasn't paid.
"I just think from the coach of a team with the biggest home-ground advantage, including Grand Finals at the MCG ... geez."
"Fellas, it’s OK to be in pain. It’s OK to hurt. It’s OK to be sad. It’s no longer OK to suffer in silence."

All McRae is saying is there is a propensity for umpires to wilt under crowd pressure.
And he's right, the umps are piss weak.
He's not talking about the draw or how many times we travel or the fact we've had favourable umpiring decisions as well.
Yes Collingwood has a favourable draw everyone knows it, and the reasons why.
They live in Melbourne and have the biggest crowds so bring in the cash to help prop up the comp.

it's a losing coach whinge, nothing more, nothing less. Good on Horse for saying what everyone else was thinking.

And by the way, it's not the 1980's anymore, most funding is from TV/Pay TV rights, who don't care where the match is being held.

Whilst he has all the skills in the book, aggression has never been a strong suit of his.

He's a flanker with KPP height.

TV wants crowds for the atmosphere.
But yes you are correct about revenues.

Fly is saying what everyone is too scared to say.
What's so extraordinary, that umpires make match defining errors far too often?

17,867 at the MCG Saturday night - that would surely have to be one of the smallest crowds at the MCG this millennium?!

It's more credible if you don't say it after losing by less than a kick.
