It’s a bog.. a quick around the grounds via SANFL now confirms it’s the worst of all grounds.. any chance Wolf can chip in for some decent drainage?

Do we have a game plan, doesn't look like it.
One inside 50 for the qtr is terrible.

2 inside 50’s for 2 goals. Can’t say your not efficient.

As for game plan surely the Dogs start being proactive against Boyd. He is bashing it forward in every contest and the Dogs players seem to not be awake to it

To say we've been woeful is a bit of an understatement. Some of the defending has been very poor. And the stupid free kicks by blantaly holding Boyd on 3-4 occasions has been very frustrating

An embarrassing first half for Centrals.

4 scoring shots to 17
7 inside 50’s to 35
7 hit outs to 30
15 clearances to 31

Only reason the margin isn’t bigger is because Norwood were wasteful in the first quarter.

Score flattered Centrals IMO, we dropped off a bit in the second half but still totally dominated and missed 5 or 6 absolute gimmes for the game. Can’t keep missing those goals from 25-30m out with little angle despite conditions.
Days like today were made for Harry, one of the most dominant individual performances you will see

You will need Boyd to stay fit if he goes down you could be in trouble clearly the best player in the competition.
As for us we got what we deserved for a totally non competitive first half and it just confirmed if we play finals
we will be just making up the numbers .We are nowhere near good enough to match it with the top sides

Really poor first half from the Dogs who looked like they hadn’t turned up to play.. Outworked and outclassed.

Cant blame the conditions when you pride yourself on your contested game style.

We do look to be a class below the top 3 but still time to tinker with selection and game plan and see what we can up with in the last 4 games before finals, which if we win next week will just about seal a top 5 spot.
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

After the last meeting between these teams I expected the Dogs to come out super physical and not giving any of our players any leeway, but surprisingly didn’t seem that way at all. We prob should have been 7-9 in front by qtr time. Regardless, the game was effectively over at that point. Both teams have some handy players to come back. Bed down qualification then a whole new season starts and anything can happen. Don’t think there’ll be much between any of the top 5 come finals time.

JK good to see you keeping a lid on it .Unless something drastic happens you will play Sturt or Glenelg in the GF
We have shown we are simply not good enough to match the top 3 teams

Get some bodies back, tweak some things, bigger ground with better conditions and who knows? We’re obviously going alright and hopefully can go all the way, but Sturt look bloody good, Bays get Hosie back and rediscover last years form, your boys and Eagles no strangers to winning finals. Lots to play out still mate.

Pity you didn't see the ground in the morning before the games started before all the pools of water drained away.

Should have won by more but any win against the Doggies is satisfying
