The English test summer starts on July 10th with the Wisden Trophy at Lord's, it will be James Anderson's last test.

England announced their squad for the first two (of three) tests today and there are some notable admissions- Bairstow, Foakes, Leach, Robinson and Wood haven't been selected.

England squad- Ben Stokes (c), James Anderson, Gus Atkinson, Shoaib Bashir, Harry Brook, Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Dan Lawrence, Dillon Pennington, Ollie Pope, Matthew Potts, Joe Root, Jamie Smith, Chris Woakes

Kemar Roach will miss the series due to a knee sustained while playing for Surrey but Jason Holder has returned.

Windies Squad- Kraigg Brathwaite (c), Alick Athanaze, Joshua Da Silva, Jason Holder, Kavem Hodge, Tevin Imlach, Alzarri Joseph (vc), Shamar Joseph, Mikyle Louis, Zachary McCaskie, Kirk McKenzie, Gudakesh Motie, Jeremiah Louis, Jayden Seales, Kevin Sinclair

Finishes with 7/35 off 16 overs.

Lyon wicketless off six overs

Notts bowled out for 126. 2/84 in the 2nd dig Lyon with both wickets. Still 143 behind and a day to play.

Including his 800th first class wicket.

1,000 is probably in reach if he's interested. Not sure how many Australians would have achieved that mark. Warnie, George Giffen, Albert Trott*, Clarrie Grimmett and Garth McKenzie all appear to have reached 1,000. There may be more.

England named their team yesterday for tomorrow's first test and the Windies named their team today.

England- Crawley, Duckett, Pope, Root, Brook, Stokes, Smith (debut), Woakes, Atkinson (debut), Bashir, Anderson.
Windies- Brathwaite, Louis (debut), McKenzie, Athanaze, Hodge, Holder, de Silva, Motie, Seales, S. Joseph, A. Joseph.

According to the Foxtel guide the match will be on Foxtel/Kayo.
