The emotional lure back to where his senior football started and the opportunity to lead us to glory off field as he did on field, the divorce perhaps giving him the opportunity for a fresh start in Adelaide, a break from coaching in the media to reassess his coaching career and what he wants from it.
If we don't at least speak to him at the end of the year we'd be making a mistake.

Fair payout then for a club not exactly flush. What would the AFL think?

I do get the feeling the AFL will offer him a decent package to be Tassies first coach though

I think all coach contracts have a 6 month buy out clause regardless of contract.

Is all forgiven with Ken by the supporters? can Ken move on from the vitriol from his own supporters? Does Ken leave anyway with his stocks higher for a massive payday at Tassie?
