100% agree.

He did an amazing job as a decoy, letting McDonald, McLean and Amartey develop quietly.

Now that's he's finally gone and Sydney can properly push for a flag, everyone is surprised!

Any games involving 2-12th at the moment cannot be predicted with any confidence.

Usually by this time of the season there's a top 4 emerging, not this year, a top one has emerged and the next 11 are in it.

Our next 3 games will be telling IMO.
Geelong, Collingwood and Melbourne.
Win all 3 and top 4 is a realistic target, 1 or 2 and we probably play finals and zero wins would most likely mean missing finals. I’m not sure we have enough wins left in us to finish top 4, hope I’m wrong

I now have the following:

Sydney 76
Carlton 68
Geelong 64
Lions 62
Freo 58
Essendon 58
GWS 52
Melb 52

Dogs 48
Pies 48
Port 48
Suns 44
Hawks 44

Probably gave Melbourne a little bit too much love though and ripped off the Dogs a bit.

Cows, Saints, Freo & Suns? All at home?

Freo could be 50/50 but the rest you should be safe, that still finishes you in the 8.

Most years I think the top 4 is critical for a GF spot, not so much this season, it's all about the match ups and who rocks up ready, I'm sure there's plenty more twists to go in this season yet.

That’s the trouble, because we are expected to win those games there is nothing surer than us dropping at least one of them.
The club just can’t handle expectations

Not impossible, but not probable in my view.
