North (will recruit quality players in off-season and have enough natural talent and hunger)
Central (were 4 and half games better than anyone else last year, won't recruit heavily but still have quality all over)
Glenelg (probably the 2nd best team in the 2nd half of season, won't start so slow and will probably recruit a key forward)
Sturt (will have enough salary cap room to recruit, but overall depth will catch up similar to this year)
South (Jack's back again, should recruit quality characters and provide heaps of enthusiasm to go will talent already there)

Eagles (lots of retirees, and will give youth a chance, may struggle early but once up and running will be around the mark)
Port (basket case, basket case, Jermey Clayton will make sure the magpies don't win the wooden spoon)
West (Were absolutley disgraceful last year, along way to catch up but new coach should bring a couple of good recruits)
Norwood (haven't really seemed to be going anywhere of late, losing b&f winner will hurt, and Hill will find it hard to recruit against the other name coaches.

interesting to see a centrals supporter think they will fall down the ladder.

My prediction and great hope for the season 2008

Norwood finish higher than Port

I cant see to much else for Legs fans to hope for out of next season (would love to be way off - but I think this is much more realistic)

I don't think so Centurion Port are my tip for the spoon (ATM), but don't worry you'll get your wish to beat a traditional SANFL powerhouse when you beat us in the Grannie....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

No, I am serious, for a change. Look back over the year & Port weren't too far off the mark in a lot of games. A bit of fine-tuning & some recruiting & they'll be up there in '08 I reckon.
