Then, the other side of the bed the hot flushes and tossing* and turning add another dimension to it all. I reckon I'm getting by on 5-6 hours of broken sleep.

I try and have a sleep in on the weekend but still wake up at zero o’clock. Apparently lazing is as good as sleeping.
