These clubs have also been advised of the consequences of forfeiting on more than three occasions and have already had the expectations for re-registration in 2025 very clearly explained.

How long have Portland been struggling. Boot them
Other 2 sides play c grade.
Scrap Div 7 and make 4/5/6 divisions 12/13 teams.
More games to help clubs revenue plus players want to play more games.

If only... But yet here we are, having to play ~18 genuine C graders in division 6 A grade.

without being silly here, Eliz used to have a great Junior program, plenty of cash in the bank, a decent and solid seniors program... what happened? surely some massive questions have to be asked about the decisions of upper management of the past 4-5 years or so?
