Riley Thilthorpe will have surgery to fix meniscus tear this week. Exact procedure still being determined but full repair could see Crows forward miss large chunk of season. Best case scenario would still put line through at least the first month of the campaign

That is stiff. Feel sorry for blokes who do all the hard grind and don't get to kick off the season with their mates.

The Crows have confirmed Riley Thilthorpe has had his meniscus repaired by placing stitches.

Say recovery is likely 12+ weeks.

Obviously they would rather him play but with Walker, Fogarty, Rankine, Rachele I'm not sure the Crows will lack goal scoring ability.

Best thing for Riley, not so much for Adelaide.

Don't think it matters, 0-1 to start the year. Too many injuries to key players

Crows will win 2 of those imo. Most likely both the home games, if not they are good enough at their best to snatch one of the one away ones. I'm not sure they are consistent enough either end of the scale to win all the game or lose all the games.

It’s the same as every club… except west coast. Their best doesn’t even get it done.
