Depends if Sobers is eligible. If not he's in the mix with Benaud, Vettori , Ashwin and maybe Shakib.

Perhaps he is, Vettori would then be the former best if we were to classify him as an allrounder.
Test spinners with 3000 plus runs and 300 plus wickets- Vettori, Ashwin and Warne. Jadeja on 280 test wickets at the moment.
Shakib Al Hasan is another.

Haris Rauf's central contract has been revoked by the PCB following his refusal to join Pakistan's Test squad for their tour of Australia.

He will also not be granted permission to play in any overseas leagues up to June 30, 2024
