Yeah agree. 28 year old....probably mutually agreed his best football is good enough but never showed it for long enough periods. Adelaide get a bloke whose not in their best 22 off their books. Melbourne get a bloke whose best football adds depth to them whilst in a premiership window so the risk is minimal from where they stand right this minute.
A win / win for both clubs based on their positions.
He's kicked 3 or more 9 times. 2 times against North. 3 times against West Coast. 1 time against Gold Coast.
He's kicked 72 goals in 50 games, of those 72 20 of them have been against North and West Coast in 9 games.
Take that out and he's kicked 52 goals in 41 games.
CIB should be at West Lakes investigating the daylight robbery.
Look hes not going to start with Melbourne no doubt. But surely if we are purely focused on nothing more than the 2024 season we can accept he is going to be a better back up than say a pick 30-40 in what's considered a shallow draft.
Crows have never played finals in his time there so you place him in a decent side and you would think that goal per game ratio will improve somewhat.
Like i said i think both sides will be fairly happy in this one i think. BTW out of curiosity. who were the 3 other teams he kicked 3 goals against.
Brisbane twice ( 4 and 3 ) Sydney once ( 4 ).
