It wouldn't be 100% ideal but it's not a whole of difference from what country footy clubs have done with 'city' players who train down in the city and then drive up for games on weekends.

As long as the playing group has trust in those fly in fly out players that they are putting in the hard work whilst at home then there shouldn't be too many issues.

I'm sure they are still having their match reviews via zoom etc.

South are first for scores against and 3rd to last for scores for so we can't score but are getting scored on.

I don't think Wright has lost the players however I just don't think he is changing his game plan to keep up with the better teams. The club needs to be brave and look at other options.

Every other SANFL (not including Adelaide and Port) have win a flag in the last decade except Centrals.
