Is Grahman Manou really better than Shane Deitz?

Experience yes, skills no

Bring back Tim Nielson.

Havent taken enough notice of Deitzs' Keeping skills to compare with Manou but should be in the side as a Batsman anyway.
Manous' Batting has been disappointing regaurdless of his keeping skills.

A pity that Darren Reeves did not blossom as much as he could have. When the vacancy first came up for SA's keeper, it was between Manou, Deitz and Reeves. Darren was an excellent batsman and very capable keeper. If only he was still around...

Gil Langley for mine.
Even as a skeleton he'd be better than those guys.

16 year old kid called Alex Carey playing B grade for Glenelg has the best set of hands I've seen in a long time. Can bat too. Will probably be lost to footy as he has an AIS scholarship.

Good call there he is a great gloveman and can bat
but we will lose him to footy as he is off to either geelong or west coast for a week trial and he cant be drafted till next year

Anyone who says Manou has rocks in their head. As a keeper he isn't too bad; however he does drop his fair share of catches. And as a batsmen, go find anyone playing street cricket and they're sure to be superior batsmen. He is the worst batsman I have ever seen.

Deitz is a more than capable keeper. Everyone doubts his keeping skills but he is very solid behind the stumps. And he’s one of the best batsmen we have.

Deitz >>> Manou.

Deitz is probably the better keeper but some of his antics and the way he treats other people involved in the game leave a lot to be desired. Do you select a player on skill only, or does attitude and commitment come into it as well?

DEitz is a much better package and has that fire about him that we probably need in the redbacks.
Manou is just cuddling up to the right people at night. I wonder what Tamsyn is doing while hes in the arms of the SACA??

Any one at the game friday night would have clearly heard the calls of 'DEITZY' 'DEITZY' as manou walked out to bat. Manou has had enough chances his efforts with the bat are piss poor and has to go. Deitz has a bit of fire inthe belly and values his wicket so the quicker we bring him back the better!!

You have got to be kidding. Possibly a shade better than Deitz, but Deitz's batting should see him clear for SA, but Haddin, Ronchi, Hartley, and a gentleman named Gilchrist might think different.
