I was pleasantly surprised with my numbers after 4 consecutive days of Christmas lunches, I have been a bit lazy lately too.

Intermittent fasting and exercise works best for me.

I've acquired a taste for Heineken 0:0 beer after it was brought to a party at my home by an old friend who is a GP nearby.
That fits with my NY decision to reduce my total alcohol intake..

What are your rules Jase?

I can drop 3-4 in a week by gymming at least once a day, doing a 3km jog/walk and filling up on fruit at 9:30am then chicken or seafood with salad around 12, it gets me through the remainder of the day. I’m sure my numbers would be even better if I didn’t have any beers, been hard not to with the weather, festive season and a few corporate box cricket/racing functions.
