When you have a dysfunctional board it doesn’t matter who the coach is.

Yes, he's no Ken Hinkley but they will improve for sure.

Realistically I would think making finals in 2025 would be the first aim.

A couple of young guns with more to come but the list is very poor still. I’d be surprised if they see finals in his first 5 year stint

i get that, more than just a good coach makes a successful footy club

My point is about as you say the dysfunctional board that doesn't understand it current place in the footy landscape or what it what it's vision/plan is to be back as a powerhouse.
Club is ran be bean counters with no footy sense. As long as the record memberships keep coming in and the till keeps clicking they will be happy.
The ones who are invested in footy are more concerned with getting the AFLW program up and running and that has taken a mountain of time and work so they have completely dropped the ball on the mens program

Kinda like my company, a finance company that dabbles in engineering.
Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

Never been a fan of Clarko but I thought he was very respectful in his comments last night. Maybe the time off has mellowed him somewhat.

Just when you think the Crows are the laughing stock of the competition, a new competitor emerges.

This one is done by fan votes isn't it? Reckon Max Holmes might make next year's team if he keeps playing the way he has done in recent matches.

False. He played 6 VFL games which is allowed, but 'played' 13 AFL games which is not allowed but one of them he was a sub that didnt go on which does not count so all good.
