Not really a land swap as council own both parcels of land. The club was left homeless after the former state govt aquired part of their ground to build the road. Was a fair old fight and the libs kicked in around $5m towards the new set up. Fantastic new facility that will be finished soon. The down side is that the turf cricket pitch had to make way for the new development.
