Mail from over the weekend is as follows:

Reynella may have a few on the way out, but it seems they are quite active in the recruiting stakes, word is they are courting Ben Moore and Paul Sherwood from the bays... I can understand Moore being an expat, but not sure how Sherwood would be involved, obviously mates but wouldn't expect a current league footballer to play for chicken feed... Maybe the Winefly's are all cashed up and will stop at nothing to capture that elusive flag..?? Interesting times...

Mexican - If Ben Moore plays next year it certainly won't be for Reynella, they can pursue that one all thay want but they will be wasting their time. Moorey - if he plays - will most likely play with his brother Simon. Have it on good word... can quote this one as a fact AFL flyer.

just a quick one on cove. Vick won the b + f for the a grade, young bloke called nick evans won the 2's. They also announced on the night that ando would be staying on next year along with this years b grade coach for now anyway. Plenty of rumours about players leaving, should be an interesting off season??????

any rumours got any truth to them do you think? will bevan leave - i heard hes a chance to leave? is vick definitely moving on? hope not. i reckon all other team (bar MV) need a couple of gun recruits and good players to hang around if anyones gonna have a shot at the red and black in 08! we need the SFL to gain some credibility, not continually loose it.

Wasn't aware there was a brother, i can only assume he is younger..?? Where is he currently playing..?? Wherever he ends up surely he wouldn't be playing for less than $500 a game, surely an SFL club couldn't sustain those payments either.

Emu's A grade B&F
Nathan Bayly
Runner up
Brayden Bayly

Two of the finest young men you would ever come across, outstanding work ethic, truly great clubmen, well deserved... More importantly love a beer aswell...

Simply bringin up one of your "foolish" comments in an earlier post about anyone that is leaving you don't need anyway! Could it be you don't have your finger on the pulse as much as you thought you did? Or is it just that Reynella's 08 chances don't have a pulse?

Yeah agreed fly. Dont think there are too many people in this league that could disagree with that. Both lads as a combination are difficult to handle. Not too many oppositions have the small man stocks that that much pace, plus be able to handle winning the footy out of the centre as well. Well done to the Bayly boys, feel free not to do any form of exercise over the next few months.

The only guy who would probably argue the result would have to be Brayden. I assume there would be some sibling rivalry....

Not at all, Brayden couldn't be any more humble has talked his brother up as a champion and better player than him for the last 3-4 years... Doesn't realise how good he actually is and how important he is to MV...
