Aussies looked like they didn’t want to lose it and weren’t prepared to back themselves to win it. The Aussies were lucky in my opinion. Bowled too short then set defensive fields and ensured the poms stayed in it. I’m an Aussie through and through but feel it’s a bit of a shame the team that made all the running didn’t get rewarded.Brodlach wrote:Sharksta wrote:Terrible field placement with less than 2 overs to go.

43 needed off 48 balls with 7 wickets in hand. and 2 set batters.
Didn't need to do anything stupid at all but threw their wickets away with stupid shots after batting so well to get in a winning position.

29/1/2022 Mrs Starc made those ducks
4/3/2022 Mrs STARc makes 170 off 138 balls in a World Cup
That's the best innings Ive seen by the Invincigals in a limited overs match
Then I saw the best innings from an English gal by Natalie Sciver 148 not out off 121 balls
